If you have few audio components, another good option for inexpensive line conditioning with high performance levels, is to use the Tripp Lite Isobar-4 (not the Isobar-4 Ultra) and remove the strain relief on the AC power cord. Then place the Tripp Lite on resonance control devices of your choice. I've compared it against Tice (including the Power Block IIIB), Chang and API, for both audio and video, and I prefer the Tripp Lite -- especially when used in conjunction with Quantum Symphony parallel line conditioners. The Tripp Lite Isobar 4 is only $44.95 from Global Mart.
