That could be the actual values of the caps. There are devices made to measure the value (amount) of capacitors however the price usually starts at 150.00 bucks or so for a cheap one. Dont use the caps untill you are sure of the value as too large a cap will allow low frequencies to get to your tweeters possibly damaging them.
