Hello, I've been listening through my pre-amp for quite some time now and have noticed better performance when the volume knob is past 9PM. The only problem is, with my primary source, this equates to levels approaching or sometimes exceeding 100dB. It also makes it hard to set a level via remote.
The question then is... since my amplifier and my source do not have any adjustments, what is the best way for me to fix this at the pre-amp. Any part recommendations or other thoughts on this piece would also be appreciated.
