You are out of luck if you want to plug in your 12a** twin triodes for the tubes you call out.
The CV6189 is a single pentode that will probably have substitutes like the E180F, 6J9P, and 6688, which share the same B9A base. But unless you know your way around your circuit stay with the OEM tube numbers. The 6189 tube designation without the leading "CV" is a twin-triode but that is not the tube you have and do not substitute a 6189 for an CV6189.
The 6S3P-EV is a single triode, RSH8 base, and it may also have substitutions that work but you would have to contact the manufacturer to make sure.
The 85A2 is an 85V reference tube so it is unlike the signal tubes you have collected and it must be replaced with something similar.
All these tubes are readily available so do not substitute the tubes you have anywhere.
