RE: What do these numbers mean?

I'm sure others will be more precise but here's the basics. A tube test assumes 100% is new value and 60% is "good". Below that the tube should be replaced. It may still work but will be weak. Tube sellers by and large regard 80% and over as "strong" i.e. plenty of life in the tube and should sound OK.

So "minimum value" here is assumed to be 60%. That's not great. So if that's 47, then 50 is just above 60% of new. A rather tired tube.

The actual numbers refer to transconductance (gm) and/or emission at operating conditions set out in the tube tester's manual.
