The answer really depends upon the bias points in your amp. It is unusual to have a self-biasing amp that uses such a range of output tube types.
With that qualification, having experimented with many, many different types of power tubes and many, many variations within those types, my conclusion is that manufacturer and era play a more important role than tube type. In other words, swapping a fine old vintage 6V6GT in place of a new JJ6V6S would be more fruitful than moving between all new JJ versions of KT88, EL34 and 6V6GT. Of course, your output power will vary, and your system must bias correctly for that range of tube types.
