He chose the faster option via DHL, not me. His response has been that I chose it but I have all our communications and it clearly shows that he picked, not me. I would have gone with either one but he made the choice. It's an open dispute now even though he says he will issue a full refund. When I asked him about it, he said he would not be refunding the shipping charge so I opened it up with ebay. Why should I lose $61 for products that do not match the description or photos? The way I see it anyway. Principles.
