I don't think you'll find much in the way of floorstanding dipoles for less than several hundred dollars. Not knowing your budget, I'd say that you may want to look into Definitive Technology bipolar towers - specifically the BP 10B and BP 8B ($499 & $399 sug. retail ea. respectively). Not exactly dipole, but for surround they may work just like you need them to. From my listening experiences, Def Tech's seem to offer a laid back yet powerful sound.
