I used two monoblock audiopax 89( 30 watts) with preamplifier audiopax model 5 with merlin tsm mm, the most pristine and clear sound I listened, vocal incredible, the monos were not mine, so I sold my preamplifier to friend of my city. now I have merlins vsm mxe and I am using audio aero capitole amplifier ( 55 watts classe A) it has bandwith from 7hz to 40 hz -1Db, and I do not know if I can find a better amplifier. Maybe in the future I will use the audiopax 98( 30 watts) and see if it so good with merlins VSM MMXe like merlin tsm mm.I use audio aero capitole mk2 cdplayer direct in the amplifier.
