Admittedly I'm not familiar with the Spark (no-one deals 'em in Seattle), but the DeVore Gibbon 8 is a marvelous speaker; for someone who owns Advents, they should be a good match tonally. Plenty of detail there, but also easy to live with; not a typical bright, "modern" sound. Magic with vinyl playback, BTW...only downside? They're $3,000 or so, otherwise I'd own a pair.
