When they were positioned straight ahead (no toe-in), I first had the woofers facing each other. I tried toeing them in at this point and didn't like the result. Then I switched them left-for-right but kepe them pointing straight ahead. Again, tried aiming them at the sweet spot and went back to straight ahead. It was only when I toed them in just a little (with the woofer "canister" visible from the sweet seat), that they locked in and gave me bass I had never heard before.All this and other experimentation took place over a two-hear period during which there were nmerous system changes.
