In addition to briggs' comments, there's a good chance that the Vienna Accoustics folks have measured and selected individual XO components to hit the designed XO frequences and to match left and right channels. Unless you have very good measurement equipment, are willing to buy and sort through a dozen or so of each part looking for the best match, AND know what you are doing, I would leave the XO alone. In the unlikely event that the XO contains electrolytic caps and the speaker is more than 10 years old, it's possible that you could improve things by replacing those caps. Still, I would bite the bullet and work through Vienna Accoustics.
Good luck,
Peter
