Howdy-
Although cross-posting among forums is discouraged in the Asylum, I believe you may find some answers if you post in the Vintage Asylum. I believe there are some people familiar with Hartley speakers there. You may also wish to do a search for previous posts. The Asylum also has a classified section for buying and selling items as well.
