I can't honestly tell you what a new "used" set is worth. You will have to decide that for yourself. Probably somewhere close to just more than half the retail price. If they are really new and mint, maybe a little more. Check with the planar Asylum guys. Watch Audiogon.The thing that you really want to concern yourself with when buying them used is shipping and age. Electrostats don't ship well. That's why they crate them up in wooden coffins from the factory. If you don't have the original crates then it's a gamble. Even if you pick them up and drive them home with your own truck, it's a gamble.
If they are old, then the panels will need to be replaced soon and that involves shipping (the panel only) back to the factory. What can Brown do for you? Plenty. *sigh*
