If you have more than one source, chances are you are using a pre-amp, and with a pre-amp you can connect the BAM through the tape loop. Before I had my BAM upgraded to the Super BAM, the manual allow the option of the user to place the BAM either between the source and pre, or between the pre and power amp. When I received the S-BAM back, Bobby indicated to me not to use it between the pre and amp, but put it after the source or through the tape loop. Since I always used it between the source and pre, I really never questioned his response. Does anyone know why it is no longer recommended to use the BAM between the pre and the amp??

- Very true. My comment only applied for an integrated without a tape loop. (nt) - jbcortes 05:03:53 03/09/07 (0)
