Thanks for all the info everyone, I think I can handle this now. First I'm going to call the driver repair guy and ask if he replaced ALL 4 of the surrounds in his failed attempt to repair the 104/2 he referred to and see what he has to say. Then I'll try calling KEF, (despite the fact that I don't really trust them since their sale/takeover in the early or mid 90's) and see what they have to say. Between calling both of them & the advice I've gotten here I think my 'babies' will be just fine! Thanks again everyone and I'll keep you updated!
