the Trente's (backorder)when the store owner mentioned thet the Evolution 3's were on sale for a little less than I paid for the Trente's. I ended up getting the Evolution 3's instead and loved them ever since. About a year later, a friend got a sweet deal on some trente's on the 'Gon and let me borrow them. They sounded like crap but one of the drivers was having some issues. Once he got a new driver for it, he let me borrow them again. I was astounded how amazing those things sounded (especially the mids). As much as I love the Evolutions, I knew I made a big mistake. The Evolutions have a deeper image and better dynamics. The Trente's just sound better. My next speaker will hopefully have the best of both worlds. Perhapse the Offrandes deliver.
I haven't heard the Twin sigs yet, but I have a hard time believing it could better the trente's. They are very special speakers. I would try to contact Bob Neill at Amherst Audio. He is the U.S. importer and will give you an honest answer about the sonic signatures of each one.
My vote's for the Trente's
Good luck,
