I heard the 3.7's in Nashua several weeks ago. These have the classic Thiel signature sound. I found them to be very detailed with a large soundstage.I'd be willing to bet they could also be quite bright given the wrong source material.
Jim Thiel has to be one of the most personable and dedicated people in this obsession/hobby.
