Harms Labs Speakers?

I purchased a pair of Harm Labs speakers but they don't have any model number on them, nor was there a manual. All I can find out about the company is that they were a small speaker builder in Fort Collins Colorado.
They're pretty unique speakers. Each speaker has two separate (unattached) cabinets. The mid/tweeter box has two 6" drivers and two tweeters in a side by side configuration. Each bass cabinet consists of a 12" driver with a 12" passive radiator.
Judging by their binding post I'd say they are from the 70's.
Anyone know anything about these speakers?
