weak aa/aaa/c/d size battery and just momentarily touch the + of the battery to the h of the speaker with the o to the negative of the battery.if the woofer cone moves out of the cabinet then h=+ and o=-.
if it moves into the cabinet then h=- and o=+.
just dont hold the battery on there for longer than it takes to see the cone move.
