Don't know anything about the outriggers you've included the link to, but I can say that I have tried Stillpoings component stands under two different types of speakers (Merlin VSM MX and Peak Consult Incognito X)with great effect. I believe that the importer for Peak COnsult recommends the Stillpoints stands for use with all the Peak Consult speakers. And, they can handle fairly heavy speakers, my Incognito X weigh about 175 lbs. apiece and the component stand (with four legs) works just fine. It is a bit difficult to get them on and stand the speakers upright without help, though.
