Hello,I´ve owned a pair of Dunlavy SC-IV´s for a couple of years now, and I´ve been very pleased with the overall sound.
Now I might have a chance to change them to a pair of Hales Transcendence 8´s. What I´m looking for is more detail, a bit more weight in the lower registers and a more sparkling treble than the SC-IV´s, but above all I don´t want to lose the "big speaker" sound and dynamics of the Dunlavy when going to the smaller Hales.
Any advice in the matter? All answers greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
RKL
