Best computer speakers for under $200?

Can anyone recommend good-sounding computer speakers in the $100-200 range? I've heard good things about Swan m200, Monsoon PM14, Logitech Z2200 2.1, Klipsch Promedia, JBL Creatures and Monsoon MM-1000. Any suggestions much-appreciated.
Also, I have a Santa Cruz sound card -- what should I do to upgrade?
