My concern, beyond ths bill, is not with the examples you mention as much as groups where one memeber manipulates the rest early on into solely owning the name and then, in possibility, the singer and songwriter can't use the name because the non writing/singing bass player, manager, producer or roadie owns it. Just something to think about
