Eric Bachmann~~~To The Races--I have learned that a suggestion from Dave is a clue to a good listen. My copy came today (I paid $$) and it is a very good album. I have not been able to get deeply into it but it hits the right buttons....kinda Steve Earle/Townes VanZant/Nick Drake/Donavan type of feeling throughout.
I also have the Memory Band in the same shipment and it is truly well done and is similar to and not quite the caliber of Fairport, but closer than the Continental Drifters nearness....
I suffered a broken arm and a waterboard experience before I agreed to type this post.
