Green Day...aha!! You might say, this is not LWR's type of music...well, yes and no. What I have is the American Edit-Wash Up...or...American Idiot, Mash Up by Dean Gray....this is a mash up and is stone cold brilliant. You can find and burn it off the net...except GD's label has pretty much dried this up...
Billie Joe Armstrong heard it while driving thru Berkeley and endorses it!! Go figure...
Now, my GD story. Long ago and far away I dated a beautiful maiden and she had a son. He was a teen age boy and I gave him a job...he was good and was paid well for his work....Mom and I drifted apart, he quit, finished high school and moved to Berkeley...met a band, designed a record cover, started a record company, signed GD... and never looked back. Bought his mom a beautiful home in Mendicino, on a bluff overlooking the ocean and there she lives happily ever after.
Me? I sit here bitter and defeated!!!
