Free - Free Forever (superb British blues-rock band from the late 60's/early 70's; this release contains nearly all existing footage restored and remastered)Joe Bonamassa - Live at Rockpalast (amazing blues performance from 2005, visually up close, with extremely well recorded sound and it's a WS anamorphic release)
Canned Heat - Live at Montreux '73 (excellent blues performance released in anamorphic WS, but I'm pretty sure that it was originally filmed in standard 4:3 ratio; this is an excellent Bob Hite led boogie & blues performance with guest Texas bluesman Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown performaning on several numbers)
Gary Moore - Live at Montreux 1990 (stunning performance visually and sound-wise as indicated by linked review below; filmed academy 4:3 and released that way)...
If I recall any more essential blues DVD titles off-hand, and that wouldn't surprise me based on the size of my video collection, I'll post them later.

- As I have a preference for blues, but not the other genres you mentioned, I'll limit my top recommendations to these: - Audiophilander 09:11:26 12/11/06 (0)
