I used to like their London store, but found the system confusing.
Its even worse here in OZ where a shop will standardly have seperate sections for Rock, Metal, Punk, Alternative, Funk/Soul, Urban, Rap, Dance, Folk, Country, Easy Listening, Jazz, Blues, World, Reggae, Classical... and possibly more; I am only just starting the morning coffee ceremony.
