The compilers did an awesome job with "Psychedelic Soul." It's by far my favorite period of the Tempts--they and Whitfield, and Gordy, took a lot of chances during this time, and I think it paid off in the most adventuresome stuff to ever come out of Motown (along with Marvin Gaye's material from the same period, of course). I listen to the album a couple of times a month. It's one of my staples.
