The Drift is far far from the mainstream-- a spooky, atmospheric, operatic rumination that belongs next to the last house on the left of your collection close to the darker side of Tom Waites, Nick Cave, and Joy Division. What can you say about intros like "In times of loneliness Elvis Presley would talk to his stillborn twin brother Jesse...." Or refrains like "Curare! Curare! Curare!" The vinyl packaging looks & sounds great.
