Listening to the Yo Miles Sky Garden double SACD Redbook layer for the first time in two years. Ridiculous good recording in every aspect; Dynamics, noise floor, image, performance. Perhaps the most undigital Redbook I've ever heard. Very satisfying HF, closest to vinyl I've ever heard. The trumpet/tabla duo is amazing. Wadada Leo Smith on trumpet, Henry Kaiser guitar,Steve Smith on drums et al, just a wonderful time as we speak. Even their free live recordings at archive.org are excellent.
