Well, they do recreations of Swing Era Music and Groups, no improv.
Paul Whiteman is well represented, also Little Rascals and Laurel and Hardy Films.
Beau Hunks is a L&H movie.
Al Galladoro is there, the original Eddie Daniels proto-type.
So I'd say they belong in Jazz, because they recreate some of the Jazz of the 30's and 40's.
Or maybe they deserve their own Forum....
