I have many of Ellas early classic albums and I never tire of them. Nice to hear Ella, especially in this later stage of her career.
I have many of her early classic albums(pre 60's)that are always in rotation.
Her album with Pass(Again)in 76 was a shock to me.You can hear the decline and downward slide of her performance as age and her declining health set in. I don't remember what tune, but she hums terribly off key!
What's more surprising is that album won a Grammy!
That album went in the cull pile.
