Zandvoort didn't have the resources anymore, but they changed the track, put some nice fashionable asphalt in the Tarzan-curve and the organisation hopes to have Grand Prixs through the Dutch dunes within a couple of years again, so guess the bribes are being payed.Zandvoort's still used for F3000 and Cosworth competitions etc.
Barney, a Dutchman who drinks Bacardi-Coke (Baco) won the Embassy two times in a row, but lost this year in the first round. My favourite is Ted 'The Count' Hankey, who's a Jimmy White kind of guy - excellent technique, cool gaze in his eyes and two sips too many.
I always love the commentary of that Scot during snooker: 'Well, that's a wonderful position for the blue and exquisitely executed.'
