To enable CDDB lookup, open the Options menu, select Settings... (last option). A dialog box is then displayed. Click on the last tab (CDDB Prefrences).You need to check the "Enable CDDB...." check box and press the "Refresh Site List" button, before it will work. Press OK when done.
You also need to have the most up to date version of Musicmatch (which is version 5).
