BTW - I just finished Hibbert's "The Virgin Queen" and it describes what some of the courtiers used to wear - "...courtiers in their extravagently embroidered clothes, their padded doublets, their breeches stuffed with wool, their stockings tightly drawn about their calves, wide ruffs at necks and wrists, rings in their ears, their beards dyed, their feet encased in diamond studded, high heeled shoes of silk and velvet."
I have got to get me some of those shoes!
Oh. And if you'd just stuff your breeches with wool, you might have better luck with Jasmine.
