Get Eels 'Beautiful Freak' if you're familiar with 'Novocaine for the soul' or 'Susan's house'. E is the singer, plays the guitar, theremin and Wurlitzer, while Butch does vocals and drums, leaving the bass and vocals to Tommy. The booklet mentions two motto's: 'One day the world will be ready for you and wonder how they didn't see', the other one is 'Bet you are flying inside'. The music sounds a bit depressing and it's not very uptempo, but harmonies are very nice so in a musical sense it's pretty okay. The second album is 'Electro-shock blues' and has a classical kind of built up, dividing the songs in two parts dealing with the death of Elizabeth with in part one the shock about it all and the second part the ways to get over this shock.
Garbage 'Version 2.0' is just guitar rock, no more no less, very AR-ish.
