It's all about the music, dude! Sit down, relax and listen to some tunes.

RE: Stressed out, want to relax - what composer or music do you choose?

It depends on my mood.

If feeling down, there's always Rachmaninov's Second Symphony, The Isle of the Dead, or maybe Toshiro Mayuzumi's tone poem, Samsara.

Haydn's Symphonies Nos. 22, 24, and 77, along with Kraus's Violin Obbligato symphony are nice.

Beethoven's Pastorale is pleasant.

On the other hand, sometimes I want something big and noisy, such as the Mussorgsky-Ravel Pictures at an Exhibition, Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries with real valkyries, or some Rossini or Suppe Overtures.

Edit: Gee, I forgot PP & M. Peter, Paul and Mary, greatest hits.
