.... the item sung by Victoria de los Angeles, in salmon pink and Elisabeth Schwarzkopf in seagreen at a farewell concert for Gerald Moore FEBRUARY 20th, 1967. They sung the duet for two cats that brought down the house. The singers had taken particular pains that every word should be audible—the sole word, of course, being "miaow".
