Today's hip tunes. New music that isn't Classic Rock or Jazz!

Judy Nylon

Judy used to be half a Snatch and when Eno was in hospital was the person who infamously took the (I think) 18th century harpsichord music to him that played quietly on only one channel during a storm and supposedly inspired ambient.
She also made entire recordings, some in collaboration with Eno that were later appropriated by him as his own including some eerily predicting My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts.. you could try the King's Lead Hat single credited to Snatch AND Brian Eno. If you like anagrams, take a look at the title...
This is something on which she is quite definite.
She now lives in NY and makes occasional appearances whilst making a parallel living in jewellery... so to speak.
If you ever see a copy of her Pal Judy album... buy it.
Information Rain alone is worth the price of entry. It is an Adrian Sherwood production and a fab record.
