i was just talking about this VERY phenominom in the LAST hip-hop hating thread here. the very SAME people that go on rants about hip-hop and GENERALIZE "gangsta rap" as all the genre is, are hypocrites who just as much like evil atonal anger music.the only difference is that their music is white and doesn't have a beat. other than that... it's really the same thing.
i don't care for gangsta either... but at least it has a beat.
"thumpthumpthumpthump" is not a beat.
