Now, patrickS is my friend. He does a good job in the Dept of Sanitation (Bruckner division), and helps to flush the filth away from our Court. But to even imply that it might, somehow, someway, be remotely possible to overrate BRUNO!!! is a travesty that none of us, let alone patrickS, could ever make. BRUNO!!! is a benevolent deity, who graced us with wonderful recordings of our favorites (well, okay, he recorded some Mozart, too) like Bruckner and Mahler. In fact, BRUNO!!! was so magnanimous that he hung on well into his 80's, transforming an orchestra of studio hacks into a musical machine so that he could produce high fidelity stereo LPs for us, and did so until it killed him at the relatively young age of 85! Why, it's another crucifixion.BRUNO ROOLZ!!!!!!!
