I also felt some shivers going up and down my spine reading the Tennstedt recommendation; if there's one conductor Celibidache would disqualify as 'Camel-driver', it must be him. But how sacred is the Celi-recording, I don't know, but it's a lot better than the Tennstedt.I'm going to hunt down a recording of that Concerto for Dog and Orchestra, it must be funny and real lunatic's music.
