I don't think they're the same. It's a chain in California (maybe other states). Their thing is they have an eclectic selection (jazz, blues, world, folk and classical mainly) and lots of listening stations. They tend to feature relatively unknown artits, some of whom are very good. I've discovered some great titles that I might otherwise have missed there. It's a refreshing change from Tower et al.-Joe.
