I just got the 1946 Beethoven 9th with the Berliner Philharmonic. This is on CD from the Music and Arts Prpgram of America. It is a very good restoration, very clear (although I think the bass is enhanced). The performsance is, well, shocking. I am still recovering.-Joe.
