for 0, 1 & 2 you might try Karajan on DGG (if still available, i have them but on vinyl); for 3 there's a Celibidache available on EMI, also Bohm & Jochum might be considered, also Knappertsbusch---i'm fond of Kurt Sanderling on Berlin Classics; for 5 Celibidache, Karajan, Jochum & Knappertsbusch (i won't mention the best---Furtwangler, due to sonic considerations) are all viable choices. i suspect there are BRUNO! and
Szell recordings available of 3 & 5, but i know you'll have the good sense to avoid them.
if someone mentions Barenboim smile politely, say thank you very much, and forget about it.0,1,2...Karajan
3...Karajan/Sanderling (haven't heard Celi)
5...Celibidache/Jochum (van Beinum? haven't heard it)
