Clearly. $11 million is a derisory offer. Can't blame the girl for turning it down. Still, I'm sure Jasmine woud be able to accomodate the fellow for a similar sum. Big B?BTW this brings to mind a famous incident between Winston Chirchil and Lady Astor:
Churchill: If I offerred you a million pounds, would you sleep with me?

Churchill: How about 2 shillings? (about a quarter)
Lady Astor: Really! What do you take me for?
