I've had very simple email inquiries unreturned from Krell, McIntosh, and the worse was several emails to Tara Labs unreturned! And I owned about $1000 of Tara Labs product. And I doubt that will ever
go above that amount.In my experience, the best support has been Linn and Naim, including their U.K. headquarters and U.S. distributor.
