Anyone considered the shape of ears to sound perception of equipment?

No. The reason is that the ears you have are the ears you listen to real sounds with, and those are the same as the ears you listen to your stereo with. Now, it may be that listeners would prefer listening to music or real sounds, with earlobe changes, but that is beside the point: If we want to re-enact a real musical experience, we assume the person has the same ears for listening to their stereos as they do for live music, whatever those ears may be.
