Back in the days when this whole Internet buying and selling thing was new and we were on our best behavior. Now that this Internet "guest" is treated like family, we get treated as such, and are ignored,until we make a BIG fuss. I try to follow the "Golden Rule" on every transaction I make. I don'r suffer fools gladly, but will entertain nay serious question or request.
